Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Promotion Overview:
  • This promotion (the “Promotion”) is a text-to-win contest (the “Contest”) offering concert tickets to the Kylie Minogue Concert at the Kaseya Center in Miami on April 14, 2025  (the “Event”). 
  • The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
  • Void where prohibited by law. 
  1. How to Enter:
  • To enter, text the keyword “KYLIE” to (954) 324-0354 from your mobile device.
  • One entry per person, per mobile number.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Entrants must agree to these terms and conditions by entering the Promotion. 
  1. Promotion Period:
  • The Promotion begins on April 3, 2025 at 5:00 PM and ends on April 12th at 8 PM. 
  1. Prize:
  • The prize is two (2) tickets to the Kylie Minogue Concert at the Kaseya Center in Miami on April 14, 2025
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
  • The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the Event tickets. 
  1. Winner Selection:
  • Two winners will be selected on April 12th at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One winnrer at 8 pm and a second at midnight on April 12, 2025
  • The winners will be notified via text message within 30 minutes of the drawing.
  • The winnesr must respond to the notification within 1 hour to claim the prize.
  • If the winners cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected. 
  1. General Terms:
  • By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Promotion or their receipt or use of the prize.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
