You will be required to present your ID at every venue. This is a legal requirement. We only accept valid physical government issued photo ID’s. We do not accept Photos of ID’s. All ID’s must be physically scanned. 

At most venues small bags like fanny packs and purses meant to carry items for constant use throughout the day like notepads, lipsticks, wallets and phones, are generally permitted.  Some venues prohibit larger bags & backpacks. Please check the venue beofre arriving.  The venues for the pool parties and beach party do not have any restrictions on bags excepot that your bag will be searched at the entrance.

Refunds are only available in the first 24 hours after you purchase your pass or ticket and onlky if it is not within 24 hours of the start of the event.   Otherwise there are no refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled by the producer. There  are no refunds if the event is rescheduled, moved to a different venue, there is a change in talent or for any other reason.  Any refund will be issued through the ticketing provider, DICE.fm

All events are Rain or Shine. Some events may be transferred tro a different location or venue due to weather.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest through the ticketing provider at DICE.fm.  You can transfer it yourself through the DICE app.
