Safety, IDs, bags, refunds and who to email. If it isn't here, text us and we usually answer within a few hours.
Read these before you land. The venue rules are stricter than you'd guess.
LTBW cares about the safety of our guests, staff and volunteers. At every official LTBW event please be prepared for a brief safety check. Any bags that you might be carrying will be searched. You will also be checked quickly with a metal detector. No weapons of any kind are permitted. Outside drinks and alcohol are not permitted at most venues. Drugs are not permitted.
Some venues may have additional or different safety requirements. If you have any questions regarding a particular venue, please check their website.
You will be required to present your ID at every venue. This is a legal requirement. We only accept valid physical government issued photo IDs. We do not accept photos of IDs. All IDs must be physically scanned.
At most venues small bags like fanny packs and purses meant to carry items for constant use throughout the day, such as notepads, lipsticks, wallets and phones, are generally permitted. Some venues prohibit larger bags and backpacks. Please check the venue before arriving. The venues for the pool parties and beach party do not have any restrictions on bags, except that your bag will be searched at the entrance.
Refunds are only available in the first 24 hours after you purchase your pass or ticket, and only if it is not within 24 hours of the start of the event. Otherwise there are no refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled by the producer. There are no refunds if the event is rescheduled, moved to a different venue, there is a change in talent, or for any other reason. Any refund will be issued through the ticketing provider.
All events are rain or shine. Some events may be transferred to a different location or venue due to weather.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest through the ticketing provider.
