LAUDERDALE TROPICAL BEAR WEEK – EVENT TICKETS, PASSES and FEES (TICKETS) – are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the instance of an advance cancellation of the event by RBK Productions, LLC.

Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues.

Any TICKETS. passes or fees not redeemed WILL NOT REFUNDED or transferred to another date.

Refunds for rescheduled events must be requested within 30 days of notification of the new dates. Refunds will not be offered after the 30 day refund request period. Updated TICKETS reflecting the new date and time will be issued.

Lost or misplaced TICKETS may be reissued. Contact RBK Productions, LLC at Info@RBKProductionsLLC.com for reissue.

TICKETS may be transferred up to 24 hours prior to the event start. Contact RBK Productions, LLC at Info@RBKProductionsLLC.com to start a transfer.

RBK Producitons, LLC, Rainbow Sidekick, Inc. and  the operators of all venues of ticketed events, reserve the right to refuse service and or entry to any guest at their sole discretion. There will be no refunds for TICKETS when the ticket holder is barred from entry, refused service or removed from the venue for any reason. 

Purchaser will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase TICKETS from the RBK Productions, LLC. Should you do so, your TICKETS may be canceled, and RBK Productions, LLC may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from purchasing TICKETS from or attending events produced by RBK Productions, LLC.

Merchandise that is in its original condition and is unworn may be returned for Store Credit within 30 days. Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days.
